Set within the exclusive Te Arai Links development, approximately 75 minutes north of Auckland, this architectural home features Western Red Cedar cladding finished with WOCA Exterior Wood Oil in a custom Te Arai colour.
Spanning 2,600 acres of pristine coastal landscape and more than 11 kilometres of white sand beach, Te Arai Links provides a striking natural setting. The bespoke "Te Arai" colour has been developed to complement the surrounding environment, reflecting the tones of the sand, dunes and coastal landscape. This cedar cladding oil system is designed to perform in exposed coastal New Zealand environments.
The result
WOCA Exterior Wood Oil enhances the grain and character of the cedar while providing durable protection suited to harsh UV and exposed coastal conditions.
This project showcases how WOCA Exterior Wood Oil can be tailored to achieve a refined, natural timber finish while supporting long-term durability. Built by Broswick Builders.
