Offer ONLY applicable to NEW retail customers placing and paying for the first order, using the credit card payment method via this website only.
Minimum spend of $50.
One discount code per new user account (determined by email address / phone number / physical address or customer account).
For the sake of clarity, if you have purchased from us before, you are not eligible for this promo.
Can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, codes or discounts, unless specifically stated.
Cannot be backdated to previous orders or applied retrospectively.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if the goods have not been dispatched at the time the cancellation request is made. Please use our contact page if you wish to cancel your order, quoting your name, email address and order number. If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation will not be possible. A restocking fee may apply.

Change Of Mind

We are not obligated to exchange any product, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us so that we can understand how best to assist you. Exchanges will be at our sole discretion and you will be expected to return the product to us at your cost, in addition to any new shipping fees that may be applicable. A restocking fee may apply.

Damaged Goods

We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, contact us immediately [within 7 days] and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.

Mislaid Goods

We send all orders via tracked post. If your order is mislaid or you don’t receive items, please contact us immediately [within 7 days] and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.

Please note that we will not be liable for loss or replacement of any product if the shipping address you have provided is incorrect at the time of checkout.

Refunds

We expect that you will be completely satisfied with any goods you receive. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To begin the return process please send us an email first with the following information:

Your name, Order number and reason for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 – 10 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be refunded at our sole discretion and any refund will be at the sale price.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By purchasing from this website, you consent to receive the electronic communications (email) from us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These communications will include: account status updates; order status updates and shipping status, and if you have selected it, newsletters.
